Third Party Inspection Requests To file a request to use a third party inspector: Choose a certified inspector from the Certified Third Party Inspectors* list. Fill out and submit our online User Request Form or print a copy of the form* and mail or fax to the following: Third Party Inspection Coordinator 941 North Capitol Street, NE #2000 Washington, DC 20002 Phone: (202) 442-4635 Fax: (202) 442-4860 The Third Party Inspection Coordinator will review your request within two days. If it is approved, we will fax you a letter authorizing you to use the Certified Third Party Inspector. All inspections under this program will be conducted in conformance with the Procedure Manual* and are subject to random checks by DCRA inspectors.
